Prakash Projects Pvt. Ltd. has developed a robust and technologically advanced infrastructure designed to support the manufacturing of high-quality heavy forged components. Our facility integrates modern forging systems, precision machining equipment, advanced heat treatment technology, and comprehensive testing laboratories to ensure superior product quality and reliability.
At the core of our operations is a hydraulic radial forging facility, capable of producing high-precision shafts, bars, tubes, and axles with excellent grain structure and dimensional accuracy. Complementing this are our 5,000 MT and 1,500 MT hydraulic forging presses, supported by high-capacity forging manipulators that enable efficient handling of large and complex forgings.
Our forge shop is equipped with gas-fired reheating furnaces operating up to 1400°C, ensuring uniform heating of ingots before forging. After forging, components undergo carefully controlled heat treatment processes including normalizing, annealing, quenching, and tempering using advanced furnace systems and specialized quenching tanks.
The CNC machining division includes a wide range of CNC lathes, vertical turning lathes, machining centers, grinders, and deep hole drilling machines capable of handling large and heavy components with exceptional precision.
To maintain the highest quality standards, our infrastructure also includes destructive and non-destructive testing facilities, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, metallurgical analysis, hardness testing, and coordinate measuring systems. This integrated setup ensures consistent quality, precision manufacturing, and reliable performance for every component we produce.
